Get A Job
I have joined the ranks of the partly employed. again. This can be a very frustrating time, checking out want ads, going to businesses, going to employment agencies, sending out resumes, not knowing when to call a person, etc. The most difficult thing about it is the question "where is the money going to come from" you know, for those bills, taxes, necessities (I like to eat and so does my family). Over the years (51 to be exact) I have come to trust that God will take care of me and my family. If he made the sparrows and cares about them (Matt 6) he will care for us as humans. Just today my wife and I were concerned about our property tax bill. We have had a life insurance on our son for several years. We were going to cancel it and in the process found it had a few hundred cash value more than we need for taxes. It was there all the time, but our discovering it just when we needed it. that's a God thing! Share your response or even your story about hiow God is there and provided for a need in your life. Ray I just had to add that as you stated God will provide for you as he has for me all me life. No matter what was going on I had just what I needed when I needed it, may not have been what I "wanted" but it truly was what I needed at the time. I am glad I got to know you at C.C. and we became friends, with out you working there that could not have happened. For that I am greatfull.
